I have just learned that another friend has died while on vacation. Kendall Sims, aka "Badger" was one of my many on-line buddies from Beliefnet and Facebook. We also corresponded by email and our blogs. Rest in peace Kendall and may you rise in glory!

Oh, it's amazing how difficult it is to lose people you've never really met! It's a kind of incomplete grief, I'm finding, and leaves me pondering this medium and the relationships we begin here!
ReplyDeleteI just learned today, Jan. 3rd, that Ken passed away. I have only seen him twice since we were kids. Once when he was in Charleston SC. on business while I lived there and the last time at his stepmothers memorial service. I will remember him as a happy person, quick to offer a comment to promote a chuckle to his listener.

Larry~ Thanks for posting and I am so sorry for your lose. "Badger" was a good buddy. He was in Denver last year, I believe, and loved the local brew pubs that I sent him to enjoy some brew!
