Happy St. Patrick's Day to all of my Irish friends and those who wish they were! Don't drink too much green beer today. I always make corned beef and cabbage on St. Pat's Day. I just love the stuff! Chuck, however, dislikes corned beef and cabbage almost as much as he hates casseroles. So this year I'm giving him a break. BUT next year is a different story!
